📃 Permanent roles - min 0.6 FTE (22.8hrs a week)
💲 RN:  $39.20  to $53.48 / hr + shift loading + super
💲 EN:  $34.80 to $39.20 / hr + super + shift loading

About You

You’re the kind of nurse who likes seeing progress. You enjoy helping patients move from “not quite ready” to “safe and steady,” and you care about the little things that make recovery work, clear plans, good handover, and patients and families feeling informed, not overwhelmed.

You’re a “how” person. You solve problems with your team, you back each other to get to safe outcomes, and you stay calm when things change. If something feels off, you escalate early, you trust your clinical judgement, and you know you’re supported. You notice what’s working and what’s not, and you bring that mindset to help shape the culture and the care as the service grows.

About the Role

In TCS, you’ll look after patients who are leaving the acute hospital, but still need nursing care to recover well. You’ll help people rebuild strength, confidence, and independence, and you’ll see progress, not just problems.
This is a 24/7 service, so the work moves, but you’re not doing it alone. You’ll be part of a tight mulit-disciplinary team with clear support and escalation, and because the service is growing, you’ll have a real opportunity to shape how things run and build skills that will follow you anywhere.

Two brand new sites, each with their own unique perks:
  • Pullman Hotel, Adelaide CBD - Deliver nursing care in a premium hotel setting, right in the heart of the city. Easily accessible via public transport and just moments from Rundle Mall for post-shift shopping or a coffee catch-up. Launched March 2025
  • College Grove, Walkerville - Work within a spacious healthcare facility in a leafy suburban location, with on-site parking available and a calmer environment away from the CBD. Launched April 2025
