👤 Registered Nurses & Enrolled Nurses
📃 Permanent roles - min 0.6 FTE (22.8hrs a week)
💲 RN:  $39.30 to $45.32 / hr + shift loading + super
💲 EN:  $38 / hr + super + shift loading

About You

You’re a people person - empathetic, energetic, and ready to make a real difference in the community. You thrive on variety, love a challenge, and believe nursing should be personal and rewarding.

You’re an RN or EN with unrestricted AHPRA registration, solid clinical skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Whether you’ve come from the wards or already have community experience, you bring heart, humour, and a drive to help people live well at home.

About the Role

  • Deliver person-centred care in patients’ homes - no two days are the same.
  • Use your acute care clinical skills in:
    • wound care
    • negative pressure wound therapy​​​​​​​
    • medication administration
    • health assessments
    • diabetes management
    • stomal care
    • NGT & PEG management
    • IDC insertion & management
    • tracheostomy management
  • Visit multiple clients each shift, working independently but always supported by Coaches and Coordinators.
